Sight Translation: Improving Accuracy and Flow

In this hands-on workshop attendees will sight translate texts from the field of medicine, including med-legal documents. You will practice conveying the meaning of the original text accurately, while applying key strategies to help you improve the flow of your renditions, even when translating concepts that don’t have a direct equivalent in the target language.
